Third Graders Craft Their Own Personal Narratives

Parents of Mrs. Paulsen’s third graders received a treat recently when they attended a Writing Celebration in the classroom. Students had been working for weeks on crafting personal narratives. At the Writing Celebration they proudly read their personal narratives to family and classmates. The students read stories about their favorite interests (games, cheerleading and other sports) and about cherished friends and family members. Pictures of the celebration appear below.
